Return & Refund Policy
Returning Damaged Goods.
Please check all goods carefully upon receipt. If the outer packaging is damaged and you suspect the contents may be damaged, mark the delivery note as ‘Damaged’ and reject the goods. Please notify us immediately. This is very important as signed acceptance of delivery indicates the point at which ownership of the product transfers from us (Ceiling Tiles London) to you (the customer).
Return within 14 days of delivery date.
You have a right to change your mind 14 working days after you receive the goods to receive a refund. To cancel and return your order you must give written notice to Ceiling Tiles London by email giving details of the goods ordered and date received. Notification by phone will not be accepted. If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Ceiling Tiles London at your own cost. Returned goods must be still sealed, unopened and in perfect condition. Goods that do not comply with this may not be returned. You will be required to pay a restocking fee to us for the returned goods.
